How we do it
We leverage leading edge tools and processes, including Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, to qualify and classify the needs of your teams.
Kickoff
Starting with a series of discovery operations; face-to-face or telepresence meetings and a coordinated effort to identify and document the current and desired states, we find and define the desired end state and how to get there.
Actionables
We will translate this wishlist into a set of actionable items for tracking and billing. Highly collaborative tools are integral to this process.
Account Setup
Review your SOW, Set up a customer account and execute a CSA while we bootstrap your organization’s JIRA, Confluence and Bitbucket resources for issue, documentation and code tracking and management.
Participate in Daily Standups
We will coordinate with your team to establish a daily meeting to track progress and blockers, leveraging each of your assigned resources. The outcomes of these meetings will fuel tomorrow’s development effort, and provide transparency into the implementation process.
Reports
Because we use Atlassian’s products to manage your implementation, a robust set of reports and integrations are available to track progress, effectiveness and expenditure.
Turnover
At the end of the engagement, we drive a retrospective to identify knowledge gaps and turnover requirements. We can also remain on a support retainer to provide assistance through a transitional period.
